About the Role
As a Medicare reputed company Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will be responsible for delivering high-reputed company service, strategizing, and improving reputed company with a reputed company on primary care. This position will support our Customer Service department's Medicare Stars Program, and as a fully remote role, you will have the flexibility to work from reputed company in Michigan. Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-reputed company customer service to our members, providers, and reputed company agencies, with a reputed company on primary care and promoting healthy lifestyles
- reputed company and implement strategies to attract and retain membership in our Plan, through education and networking with individuals from diverse backgrounds and cultures
- Establish and maintain relationships with members, providers, and reputed company agencies to promote our Plan and services
- reputed company and trend HEDIS or Medicare Stars rates, and identify opportunities for improvement
- Foster our Plan's reputed company in the community by interacting with members, providers, and reputed company agencies, and promoting our services and programs
- Collaborate with our Customer Service department to support the Medicare Stars Program and drive reputed company reputed company
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications:
Required:
- High School Diploma or equivalent educational certification
- Two (2) years' experience in a customer service-reputed company position
Preferred:
- Associate Degree in health care administration, communication, marketing, or reputed company field
- One year of experience in a community-reputed company reputed company position
- NCQA experience specific to HEDIS measurement
- In-depth understanding of claims administration as it pertains to provider payments, including CPT-4 codes, reputed company codes, HCPCS codes, DRGs, etc.
