As a Customer Service Representative III in our Call Center, you'll be the face of blithequark, providing exceptional service to our customers and helping them to reputed company their financial goals. You'll be responsible for handling a high volume of customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing solutions that meet their needs. Responsibilities

* Handle and carefully respond to reputed company customer inquiries, with a reputed company on providing exceptional service and resolving issues on the reputed company

Essential Functions

Minimum Qualifications

* Two years of consistent customer service experience, preferably in financial services

• Six months of Call Center experience is desirable
• High School diploma or GED
• Excellent written / verbal communication and customer service skills
• Proficiency in reputed company based applications as reputed company as internet browsers, mobile devices, basic computer hardware
• Ability to meet training standards and availability to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends

Preferred Qualifications

* Bilingual (English & Spanish) or proficiency in other languages

• Experience working in a fast-paced call center environment

• Experience with online banking and mobile banking systems
