As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you'll play a critical role in helping our customers navigate the loan application process. You'll be responsible for reviewing loan applications, making payment arrangements, and providing exceptional support to our customers. Responsibilities and Duties
As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:
- Making outbound and receiving inbound calls to assist customers with their loan applications and payment arrangements
- Consistently and accurately documenting reputed company information pertaining to accounts
- Using basic business math to solve problems and reputed company informed reputed company
- Speaking reputed company, concisely, and effectively to communicate with customers and colleagues
- Maintaining a reputed company demeanor and providing exceptional customer service, even in high-pressure situations
