The Role

As a Customer Support Representative/Call Center Agent, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences for our clients in the home services industry. You'll be responsible for managing inbound and outbound sales support calls, identifying and assessing customer needs, and building sustainable relationships with customer accounts. You'll also have reputed company to work remotely after 90 days on site with good attendance and performance.

Responsibilities
