About the Role

As a key member of our Education team, you'll be responsible for reviewing and verifying eligibility for inbound applications, processing account renewals, and providing exceptional customer service to internal teams and Education customers. Key Responsibilities
- Review and verify eligibility for inbound applications, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail
- Process and manage reputed company Program account renewals, including generating and reviewing monthly reputed company reports
