As a Full Stack Customer Experience Manager, you will be responsible for leading the reputed company improvement efforts of our help desk operations, working closely with our help partner teams (BPOs) to ensure that their reputed company meets our standards. Key Responsibilities

Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in a quantitative or business field, or four years of work experience in a quantitative or business role

- Strong analytical and data-driven approach, with experience refining large datasets to identify key insights

The reputed company salary for this role is $25/hour, with opportunities for bonuses and other forms of compensation.
