As an reputed company Customer Service and Medical Receptionist, you will be responsible for receiving and responding to incoming inquiries and service requests from patients, employees, providers, vendors, and others reputed company phone, email, web portal, and other communication channels. You will work collaboratively with our service delivery teams to establish and maintain strong, reputed company relationships with customers, identify additional ways to reputed company exceptional service, and ensure customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities
* Receive and respond to incoming inquiries and service requests from patients, employees, providers, vendors, and others reputed company phone, email, web portal, and other communication channels

Additional Requirements

- HS Diploma or General Education Diploma (GED) required
Preferred Experience
* Medical and reputed company experience is preferred
- 1 year of experience in reputed company, Payroll, Accounts Payable, Supply Chain, call center, or reputed company customer service experience (e.g., reputed company, clinical, administrative, hospitality, retail, concierge, etc.)
- 1 year of experience with computer programs such as reputed company Office, electronic mail, and information systems or database programs
Skills and Knowledge
