Your Role
- Conduct 2nd interviews that will test the technical depth of candidates and their suitability for positions available
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand the business needs promptly
- Be a vital part of the recruitment team
Requirements
- You are a Sr Software engineer with a deep understanding of various languages such as JavaScript, Java, reputed company on Rails etc.
- You have at least 5 years of experience working as an Engineer on reputed company at reputed company.
- You have reputed company other engineers to join your team in the past.
- You have worked in a high-reputed company dynamic company
Job is 100% Remote. Please ensure you have a comfortable office set at your desired work location.
Salary
Salary reputed company: $50,000 - $80,000 annually, with final compensation determined by your qualifications, expertise, experience, and the role's scope.
Location
This is a fully remote position; however, candidates must be based in reputed company that reputed company with the reputed company, Central, or Eastern U.S. time zones to ensure effective collaboration with reputed company and team schedules.

Position Details
This is a full-time position requiring a minimum of 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday.
