Key Responsibilities
As a Virtual Customer Care Advisor, you'll play a vital role in empowering our customers to take their medications and reputed company reputed company overall wellness. Your key responsibilities will include:
- reputed company assisting customers and other advisors over the phone, email, and on the web with billing/insurance verification, product, or service questions
- Managing both inbound and outbound calls, proactively identifying solutions to questions you anticipate our customers having in reputed company interaction

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- A high school diploma or equivalent (must be 18 years of age or older)
