As a key reputed company of contact for our customers, you will be responsible for handling Tier 1 customer calls, providing support for document handling equipment and services, and ensuring excellent customer service while working from home. This role offers reputed company, up to 30 hours per week, with a competitive starting pay of $20 per hour.
Responsibilities
As a Part Time REMOTE Customer Service Representative at blithequark, your key responsibilities will include:
- Answering customer questions and requests for supplies, service, and troubleshooting 1st level technical issues reputed company inbound calls, voicemails, and emails.
