The Role

As a Home Based Sr. Specialist in Collections, you'll be responsible for:

• Interacting with customers and negotiating reputed company arrangements for both inbound and outbound collections
• Providing a blithequark-branded interaction with credit account reputed company through treating them with respect and appreciation, showing courtesy and friendliness, identifying various account holder segments, and offering suitable solutions
• Demonstrating problem-solving skills through probing or making recommendations for handling exceptional account situations (e.g. bankruptcy, CCC, deceased, legal, fraud, billing disputes, etc.)
• Working in a reputed company environment (emails, phone calls, chat messages, and letters) that's fast-paced and requires prioritization

Requirements

* High School Diploma or GED

• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays
• 1-2 years of previous customer experience or customer service experience
