As a Call Center Representative, you will be responsible for handling high-volume customer requests, performing data entry tasks, and providing excellent customer service to our patients and clients. Key Responsibilities

• Utilize blithequark's prescription data entry methodology and rules to process new patient enrollments by entering information into a suitable system.
• Handle patient medication requests reputed company HIPAA guidelines and reputed company reputed company orders for processing.
• Investigate to obtain missing prescription data and interpret medical abbreviations (SIG codes).
• Resolve reputed company data entry-reputed company exceptions.

Essential Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
