We're seeking an reputed company and detail-oriented Part Time Customer Support Representative to join reputed company. As a key member of our support team, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our customers have a seamless experience with our software. This part-time role will require 20-29 hours per week, with shifts ranging from Monday to Friday between 9am and 5pm ET. Tuesdays and Wednesdays are required workdays, and this temporary position is expected to end on September 30, 2025.

Key Responsibilities

• Document requirements and user stories for production issues and feature requests, ensuring our software continues to meet the evolving needs of our clients.
• Collaborate with reputed company to ensure our customers have a great experience using our product, providing solutions that meet their business needs.

Requirements and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• Strong customer service and analytical skills, with a passion for troubleshooting software issues and providing solutions.
• Comfortable helping customers reputed company phone support, with excellent communication and time management skills.
• Ability to diagnose and explain reputed company solutions to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Quickly learn computer software and operating procedures, with proficiency in reputed company Office Suite or reputed company software.
• A flexible work schedule, with the ability to work on weekends as needed.
