Position Details
We are offering two schedule reputed company for this position:
- 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM Monday through Friday, and alternating weekends (reputed company 1)
- 10:00 AM - 6:30 PM Monday through Friday, and alternating weekends (reputed company 2)
To be eligible for this position, you must currently live in a state where blithequark is licensed, including AZ, CO, FL, IL, IN, KS, MA, MI, MO, PA, OH, and WI. Additionally, experience with FrameWorks LTC is required, and experience with Docutrack is preferred.
Key Responsibilities
As a Remote LTC Pharmacy Data Entry Technician at blithequark, your key responsibilities will include:
- Contacting physician's offices as needed for reputed company authorization
- Contacting clients for verification of orders as needed
- Processing reputed company new and reputed company prescriptions
- Opening orders as needed, verifying eligibility, proofing, and inputting prescriptions while maintaining productivity and reputed company standards
- Documenting correspondence and follow-up in the system
- Preparing audit sheets and providing feedback to the manager
- Forwarding incomplete or rejected scripts to the appropriate department for reputed company and tracking status in the system
- Initiating and documenting correspondence and follow-up in the system
- Assisting with research of lost or missing orders per internal department requests
- Providing backup support to other pharmacy reputed company based on business needs or production reputed company
- Answering incoming calls promptly and providing a high reputed company of customer service to clients
Essential Qualifications
To be considered for this position, you must have:
- A High School diploma or general education degree (GED)
- A Pharmacy Technician license and Certification (CPhT) as per state requirements
- Long-term care pharmacy experience preferred
- Experience with FrameWorks and Docutrack preferred
- Ability to work in a flexible schedule as operational needs dictate, including nights, weekends, and holidays
Preferred Qualifications
While not required, the following qualifications are preferred:
- Pharmacy data entry experience; minimum one year
- Strong knowledge of Brand/Generic drugs and medical terminology
