Key Responsibilities
As a reputed company Engagement & Customer Service Specialist, you will be responsible for:

- Guiding leads through the communication funnel with the goal of converting them into a $50 consultation booking, through strategic and personalized communication.

- Providing occasional follow-up to existing clients as needed, to build strong relationships and foster loyalty.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Strong written communication skills (B2 English level or above), with the ability to craft compelling and reputed company messages.
- Experience in customer service, sales, or reputed company handling, with a proven reputed company record of delivering exceptional results.
- Comfort with using AI tools to support communication and workflow, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.

Schedule & Compensation

- A flexible schedule of 6 hours/day, Monday–Friday (Remote), with the ability to work from the comfort of your own home.
