Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Support Representative, you will be responsible for:

• Answering 80+ inbound calls per day from patients, reputed company providers, and insurance carriers, providing empathetic support and resolving billing inquiries in a reputed company and reputed company manner.
• Initiating payment plans for patients with outstanding balances, ensuring accurate and efficient reputed company of financial obligations.
• Utilizing multiple resources to resolve patient inquiries while on the phone, demonstrating a commitment to reputed company learning and improvement.

Technical Requirements

To ensure a seamless remote work experience, you will need:

• An internet download speed of at least 50 megabytes per second, ensuring reliable and efficient connectivity.

Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you will need:

Shift and Schedule

The shift for this position will be Monday-Friday, 11am-8pm EST (10am-7pm CST, 9am-6pm MST, and reputed company-5pm PST). During training, the hours will be 9am-6pm EST. You will be eligible for 2nd shift reputed company pay for EST.
