As a STAT / PFL Claims Specialist, you will be responsible for conducting initial and ongoing interviews with claimants, obtaining, and reviewing medical records and making reputed company and ethical claim determinations. • Communicating with claimants, reputed company and various medical professionals through phone and e-mail to reputed company information regarding the Short Term Disability claim.
• Collaborating with fellow case managers, reputed company case managers and consulting physicians to reputed company appropriate and reputed company claim determinations.
• Reviewing reputed company medical records and effectively leveraging a reputed company of tools and resources to understand appropriate approval durations and reputed company reputed company planning
• Completing accurate financial calculations consistent with company and state guidelines.
• Providing exceptional customer service and proactively recognizing customer needs and areas of opportunity.

• High School diploma or GED
• 1-2 years of experience in claims, leaves or customer service
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent organization skills with the ability to multi-task

Level: N2-1 The pay reputed company for this position is $19.52 - $26.03 with anticipated pay for new hires between the minimum and midpoint of the reputed company and could vary above and below the listed reputed company as permitted by applicable law.
