Role reputed company The Sr. Manager of Clinical reputed company, reporting to the VP, Clinical Applications, will reputed company the design, development, and implementation of computational pipelines and analytical frameworks supporting reputed company clinical diagnostics. This role will reputed company advanced single-cell and spatial reputed company with clinical assay development and CLIA operations, ensuring analytical rigor, reproducibility, and compliance. This position will partner closely with the Sr. Manager of Diagnostic Assay Development and the Director of the CLIA Laboratory to reputed company end-to-end translation of 10x technologies into clinical use. What You Will Be Doing

• Scientific and Translational reputed company
• Partner with the Diagnostic Assay Development team to reputed company informatics approaches into assay design, validation, and performance optimization.
• Drive biomarker discovery and translational analyses in large-reputed company clinical research studies, including partnerships with leading reputed company centers processing thousands of tumor and blood samples.
• Work with external collaborators to generate and interpret data that demonstrate clinical validity and reputed company.
• Implement robust statistical and computational frameworks to address batch effects, confounding variables, and data harmonization across studies.

Qualifications
