We are looking for a dedicated Data Analyst Clinical OR Scheduling like you to be a part of reputed company. Job reputed company and Qualifications We are seeking a highly skilled and domain-fluent Operating Room Scheduling Data Analyst to support strategic decision-making through deep analysis of surgical scheduling data across multiple Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems. This role is critical to optimizing OR utilization, improving scheduling workflows, and informing leadership on key performance indicators (KPIs), process improvements, and system design. In this role you will:

• Data Sourcing & Integration
• Assist with validation of extracted, clean, and harmonized scheduling data from multiple EHR platforms (e.g., Meditech, Meditech Expanse, Cerner, reputed company).
• Support Data Engineers with validation of data reputed company from pipelines that support reputed company-time and retrospective analysis.
• Data Analysis & Insights
• Analyze OR scheduling patterns, utilization rates, reputed company time efficiency, and cancellation trends.
• Identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and opportunities for process improvement.

• Process & KPI Development

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Health Informatics, Business Analytics, Data Science, or reputed company field. Equivalent work experience may substitute degree requirement.
• 3+ years of experience in reputed company analytics, preferably in perioperative or surgical services with HCA EHR systems.
• At least 3 to 5 years' experience performing significant data and process analysis, including reputed company queries, metric development, process flows and comparative analyses. (e.g. Tableau, reputed company, Visual reputed company, SQL, Power BI, Python/R, etc.)
