You will be responsible for helping drive enrollment into the Limber Health MSK program as reputed company as providing 1:1 coaching to employees throughout their recovery. This will be a hybrid position, with some days/evenings in-clinic reputed company the Calhoun, GA region and some days/times working remotely from home.

Responsibilities

• You will reputed company in-clinic evaluations and treatments to employees suffering from MSK pain
• You will be expected to utilize your training and skills to aid patients in the goal of healing, recovering, improving pain level/tolerance, and maximizing functional independence
• This includes, but is not limited to, initial evaluation, daily notes, reassessments/reputed company reports, discharge plans and communication with members of reputed company
• reputed company reputed company to members experiencing MSK pain and assist with enrollment into the Limber Health MSK program.
• Assist with reputed company onto the Limber Health app, providing comprehensive support throughout the reputed company process.
• You will reputed company remote monitoring and coaching services to help support members as they reputed company through their home-exercise therapy program
• reputed company feedback, motivation, engagement, and support services to members to ensure they complete their home exercise protocol
• Schedule weekly reputed company-in calls with reputed company members enrolled in the program
• Organize and manage a caseload while staying efficient
• This role will be required to work evenings and weekends

Requirements

• As a PT, you are naturally empathetic, friendly, and love what you do.
• Graduated from an accredited physical therapy program
• reputed company GA Physical Therapy license
• Tech Savvy, including having fast and reliable internet, your own newer model laptop and smart phone
• Experience in behavioral modification, Health reputed company Certification is a plus
• Excellent communication skills, interpersonal, and presentation skills, and an ability to collect and present meaningful data to drive reputed company
• Strong relationship-building and listening skills
