The Minimum Data Set (MDS) Registered reputed company (RN) duties include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Responsible for coding the sections of the reputed company Assessment reputed company (RAI)/MDS Assessment and the Care Area Assessments (CAAs) that are assigned to nursing, adhering to reputed company Centers for Medicare and reputed company Services (CMS) and reputed company (VHA) timeframes of assessment completion.
• Responsible for the completion of assigned nursing sections in the RAI/MDS Assessment.
• Participates in the CLC Interdisciplinary Team care plan meetings and reviewing, communicating, and monitoring.
• Collaborates with the CLC reputed company Assessment Coordinator (RAC) to reputed company CLC staff on the completion of the RAI/MDS process; this includes but is not limited to documentation requirements for accurate MDS data entry, educational sessions pertaining to RAI/MDS software and program updates as needed.
• Participates in ongoing survey readiness activities in the CLC. Qualifications

Basic Requirements:
