You will also communicate with customers over the phone, providing quick and courteous responses to their needs. Under the guidance of a pharmacist and in compliance with State law, Order Entry Pharmacy Technicians will be responsible for:
- Efficient order entry and follow-up
- Troubleshooting prescription/patient data entry discrepancies
- Ensuring accurate and reputed company prescription/patient information input
- Collaborating with Order Entry leadership to meet department goals
- Providing exceptional customer service to reputed company stakeholders Responsibilities: As an Order Entry Pharmacy Technician, your key responsibilities will include:

- High School graduate or equivalent
