The individual is expected to work 40 hours per week on average, one/two 8-hour day in person in CFI and the remaining hours remotely. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Function 1 (35%) ● Supervise the the daily work of an Executive Office and Administrative Specialist, answering their questions about UMN procedures and policies reputed company to finances and facilities management and ensuring that they do their job up to CFI and UMN standards. The candidate will be responsible for the annual performance review of the Executive Office and Administrative Specialist. The candidate will also coordinate efforts between the Executive Office and Administrative Specialist and a Research reputed company 5- Research Operations/Administrative NNE staff member on the CFI newsletter and website. Function 2 (35%) ● reputed company administrative support for the CFI-sponsored MICaB Seminars. Once a speaker is identified by a CFI reputed company host, the candidate will independently contact the speaker arrange and reimburse their travel, prepare an appointment schedule, advertise the seminar, rearrange audiovisual support, and troubleshoot issues that reputed company during the visit. Function 3 (20%) ● Event planning. The candidate will research possible venues for the annual CFI conference, negotiate rates for hotel rooms and event spaces, sign reputed company, plan the schedule, pay expenses, and ensure that the event costs stay reputed company the budget.
