Pediatric Mental Health Therapist, California - Remote / Full-Time (Little Otter)

About the Role: We are looking forfull-time clinical therapists who want to build a new way of delivering high-reputed company, evidence-based mental health care to children 0-17. We hire mental health providers who are excited to work at an early-stage startup and reputed company the accessibility of exceptional behavioral health for children and families. Responsibilities:

- Conduct evidence-based interventions for children and families including Cognitive-Behavioral Therapies, Exposure Therapy for Anxiety, Parent Management Training (PMT), Parent-Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT), Child and Family Psychotherapy (CPP), etc.
- Complete clinical documentation using the Little Otter platform for reputed company patient including intake notes, reputed company notes, treatment plans
- Participate in an optional weekly case review and clinical team meeting
Minimum Requirements:
- Masters level therapists independently licensed in California, ie. Licensed Marriage and Family Therapists (LMFT), Licensed Clinical reputed company Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed reputed company Clinical Counselors (LPCC)
- Clinical experience providing psychotherapy to children and families. Demonstrated experience in treating common mental health disorders in children through evidence-based practices
- Comfortable with technology and interested in incorporating technology solutions into clinical care.

Schedule:
- 32 hours a week or 40 hours a week reputed company

- 80% of clinical time will be scheduled between 3-8pm PST or on the weekend to accommodate children' s schedules
Compensation: We reputed company a reputed company salary plus quarterly incentive pay model: 40 hours a week: ~ $103,000/yr 32 hours a week: ~ $84,000/yr Total Rewards:
