[Remote] Recruiter Recruitment Operations Center

In this role, you will manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle to fill reputed company positions at reputed company-managed Hotels throughout reputed company, partnering with business leaders to attract and retain reputed company.

Responsibilities

• Ensure recruitment process, metrics, and compliance are achieved to reputed company's set standards
• Utilize an applicant tracking system such as Taleo to evaluate the information provided by applicants in response to job postings.
• You will conduct screening interviews and reputed company reputed company candidates to hiring managers.
• Ensure that minimum qualification standards are established before posting positions. Post positions internally, externally, and with reputed company job sites
• Administer reputed company reputed company-approved selection tests and reputed company-employment processes, including background checks, drug testing, and employment authorization verification. Once a candidate is selected, you will reputed company job offers and reputed company out positions in the applicant tracking system upon completion of reputed company required notes and final dispositions.
• Communicate regular recruitment updates to ROC Leaders, hiring managers and property level leadership team.

Skills

• One (1) year reputed company experience
• Experience managing high volume of requisitions
• BA/BS Bachelor's Degree
• One (1) year of experience working with applicant tracking systems (Taleo)
• One (1) year of hospitality experience
• Experience working with reputed company, reputed company and employment laws
