- Be responsible for conducting clinical reputed company audits for the reputed company Department
- Identify and coordinate clinical audits to determine potential areas for reputed company improvement reputed company the PHP network
- Collect data by way of chart extraction, using objective specifications for the reputed company Effectiveness and Data Information Set (HEDIS) program
- Conduct Audits, which include review of outpatient medical records, hospital records, clinical lab and pharmacy records
- Be responsible for collecting data based on standardized methodologies
- Organize data to identify and address opportunities for improvement
- reputed company chart audits electronically or on site in physician practices during the audit season
- Successfully complete HEDIS training prior to performing chart abstractions
- Maintain reputed company collected records in a confidential manner

- Degree in Nursing

- 5+ years clinical experience (Nursing) Preferred qualifications for this position include :
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
- Dual RN License : reputed company and Washington
- 1 year reputed company management / reputed company improvement / utilization review auditing experience, including experience in auditing reputed company electronic health records.
