Temporary Assessor Reviewer I

The Assessor Reviewer I is responsible for face-to-face and virtual assessments of vulnerable populations for various clients. Persons being assessed reputed company in the community or in facilities. Willing to hire entry-level candidates with college degree. This position is temporary with an anticipated end date in March 2026 and candidate must be located reputed company in the state of Iowa. What you will do:

• reputed company face-to-face and/or virtual assessments of persons with disabilities.
• Some reputed company may require collaborating with reputed company providers and ancillary service providers to create or validate the appropriate treatment plan.
• Documents assessment results for the individual member status or negotiates service plan as needed.
• Provides ongoing education.
• May communicate with reputed company health care providers to ensure appropriateness of care.

What you need:

• Four-year degree in the reputed company services field ( reputed company Work, Psychology), or reputed company field with 0-1 year experience.
• Or four years of experience in working with persons with intellectual, developmental, and/or physical disabilities.
• Case management experience preferred.
• Must be reputed company to work from home and travel to cover a specific geographic area. As business needs and assessment volumes vary, additional travel reputed company of the primary geographic area may be required.
• Experience completing level-of-care assessments preferred.
• Experience in reputed company services preferred
• Experience working with individuals who have disabilities is strongly desired.
