Position reputed company: The Diabetes Care RN plays a vital role in improving member health reputed company by engaging telephonically with individuals living with diabetes. Key Responsibilities:

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of clinical experience supporting individuals with chronic conditions.
• Diabetes education experience is required.
