Patients are seen for evaluation and management of issues including autism, ADHD, learning disorders, premature newborn follow-up, psychopharmacologic management, craniofacial disorders, and neurodevelopmental follow-up of congenital heart disease. Job reputed company Primary Duties & Responsibilities: Performs and documents assessment of the patient/family (biophysical, psychosocial, developmental, cultural, spiritual and environmental); collects and analyzes data from the medical record to coordinate patient care. Directs and/or provides patient care in clinic, which may include discharge patient education, new diagnosis resources, therapy resources, follow up instructions, new medication education instructions, ADHD or ASD rater instructions for testing. Provides appropriate counsel and education to patients/family regarding disease process and symptom management.
