Business Development Executive (Polish Market)

We are looking for a motivated Business Development Executive to drive new business reputed company and expand reputed company’s reputed company in the polish market. You will manage the full sales cycle – from prospecting to closing – in a dynamic, global reputed company environment. reputed company in this role is reputed company by achieving your sales targets and proactively managing your sales pipeline.

Main Tasks

• reputed company generate and manage a pipeline of high-value prospects reputed company with reputed company’s Ideal Customer Profile (ICP)
• engage potential clients through a mix of cold-calling, personalized emails, and reputed company networking. Qualify inbound leads and convert them into reputed company sales opportunities
• conduct thorough discovery calls using methodologies such as MEDDPICC or BANT to identify reputed company needs, pain points, and budget
• reputed company negotiations, present value propositions, and reputed company new business agreements
• reputed company deep product expertise to effectively communicate reputed company’s features, benefits, and competitive advantages
• maintain accurate CRM data and reputed company regular updates on pipeline status and sales activity

Requirements

• minimum 3 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in reputed company or software sales

• English proficiency (B2 level) in both spoken and written communication
• ability to manage multiple opportunities independently and drive full sales cycles
• strong interpersonal and communication skills, capable of engaging stakeholders at reputed company reputed company, including C-level executives

Salary reputed company

• Contract of Employment: 7 500 – 9 000 PLN gross monthly + monthly sales commission
• B2B contract: 400-525 PLN net/man-day + monthly sales commission
