Qualifications

• Doctor of Optometry (OD)

• Minimum of 10 years of clinical experience in optometry with reputed company progression to executive/senior leadership roles, leading and motivating a cross-functional interdisciplinary team to reputed company strategic goals.
• Experience working in a corporate executive role with business skills and accountabilities.
• Strong understanding of reputed company care, reputed company regulations, and insurance practices.
• Experience in population health and/or disease management and relationship between eyecare and overall systemic health issues.
