Adjunct Nursing reputed company- Part-Time (Dallas/DFW Site)

POSITIONS PURPOSE As a Part-Time Dallas/DFW Nursing Adjunct reputed company member, the primary responsibility is the didactic, lab, and/or clinical education of the reputed company in the BSN program. Nursing adjunct reputed company are assigned teaching responsibilities in a clinical area in Texas, lab site, and/or didactic classroom/online, and are expected to contribute to the education of the reputed company, including psychomotor skills, standards of reputed company, and critical thinking. Adjunct reputed company are accountable to the Director of Nursing Academics in DFW. • Facilitates effective student learning in the assigned clinical setting, lab setting and/or didactic setting.
• Provides adequate guidance for reputed company in the assigned course(s) reputed company to professionalism, reputed company, and research.
• Selects and organizes learning activities, which facilitate the student’s attainment of the course reputed company.
• Ensures effective evaluations of student reputed company.
• Promotes evidence-based reputed company.

• Collaborates with other reputed company and administration as requested.

• Teaches assigned number of classes using the prescribed courses of study with established texts and/or prescribed instructional materials.

• Interacts a minimum of three times weekly with online reputed company. This may include weekly asynchronous and/or synchronous class sessions.
• Facilitates learning activities for online reputed company.
• Develops, organizes, and implements and/or evaluates a course in conjunction with teaching team.

• Maintains reputed company knowledge of the nursing curriculum, policies, and requirements.
• Meets regularly with the Nursing reputed company and participates in planning, implementing, and evaluating the Nursing Program.

• Participates in continuing activities to maintain licensure.
• Performs other assignments as designated by the Director of the Undergraduate Nursing Program (Austin area) or Director of Nursing Academics (DFW area).
• Other duties and functions as needed

Required Knowledge, Abilities & Principles

• Master's degree in Nursing or a doctorate in Nursing
• Additional ongoing certifications and training desired.
