As a Care Manager, Telephonic reputed company your primary responsibility will be to assess and evaluate the conditions of our members, with a particular emphasis on medication therapy, through telephonic interactions to ensure they reputed company and maintain reputed company wellness.. Required Qualifications

• Bachelors of Science in Nursing
• 3 - 5 years of clinical acute care experience
• Licensed Registered reputed company (RN) in the (appropriate state) with no disciplinary reputed company
• Must live in OH, KY, FL, AZ, TX.
• Comprehensive knowledge of reputed company Office applications including Word, reputed company, and Outlook
• Managed care experience
