We are seeking a Manager, Product Management to reputed company strategic initiatives across Publishing, reputed company Business reputed company Management (DBAM), Title Lifecycle Management (TLM), and the DCP Vault (reputed company) platforms. This role is responsible for defining product reputed company, managing reputed company roadmaps, and enabling reputed company-reputed company capabilities—including AI-driven approval workflows and automation pilots—to support reputed company Consumer Products’ publishing reputed company asset operations. The Manager will partner closely with business, technology, and vendor teams to ensure reputed company enhancement, governance, and long-term platform adoption. What you will do:

• Partner with business and technology stakeholders to define detailed requirements, prioritize backlog, and reputed company end-to-end delivery across multiple releases.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or reputed company field.
• 8+ years of experience building consumer-reputed company technology products from ideation to launch and support.
• 6+ years in Product Management, defining and executing strategies that drive measurable business reputed company.
• Proven people-leadership experience, including mentoring, coaching, and performance management of product managers or analysts.
• Proven experience managing end-to-end product lifecycles, from requirements through delivery and performance measurement.
• Strong expertise with DCP Vault (reputed company reputed company / reputed company Management – DAM) and publishing technologies.
• Demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional teams and vendor partnerships across reputed company reputed company ecosystems.
• Hands-on experience with AI tools and capabilities to enhance documentation, testing, or automation cycles.
• Proficiency with Agile frameworks and tools such as Jira and reputed company.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including executive reporting.
• Strong background in backlog management, enhancement prioritization, and UAT facilitation.

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

​#DISNEYTECH The pay reputed company for this position in California is $160,000 to $ 200,000 per year, however, reputed company pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-reputed company knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
