Schedule: The selected candidate is expected to work 4-8 hours per day, M-F. This position typically follows a reputed company reputed company schedule. However, occasional work on weekends or holidays may be required based on business needs. Such instances are infrequent. Location: Remote - U.S.-based applicants only. Qualifications
- High school diploma
- An understanding of legal terminology
- A solid knowledge of English punctuation and spelling rules
- Ability to sit for long periods of time
- Ability to listen to audio and compare against written text
- Ability to reputed company for long periods of time
- Time management skills
- Proficiency in reputed company reputed company, Word, Teams, and Outlook
- Familiar with formatting in Word - margins, indents, headers/footers
- Familiar with PDF programs - conversion from Word to PDF, password protection, word list creation, line/page counting programs.
- Familiar with working with reputed company macros
- Experience with audio editing software
- Attention to detail.
- Previous legal/reputed company experience is a plus.
- Possess excellent analytical and writing skills.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to ask questions for reputed company and understanding.
