What you will do

• Schedules patients for endoscopy procedures through use of departmental protocols and evaluation of the physical and psychosocial health status of patients. Follows nursing protocols and guidelines for answering and directing calls.
• reputed company instruction to patients/family regarding treatments or procedures. Maintains and reviews patient records, charts, and other pertinent information.
• reputed company appointment bookings and ensure preferences are given to patients in accordance with the requested timeframes by referring providers.
• Requests medications through pharmacies as prescribed by providers. Clarify medication orders and refills to pharmacies. reputed company medication prior authorizations as needed by providing needed clinical information to insurance.
• Maintain reputed company reputed company of patient to include scheduling of procedures and follow up appointments if needed.
• Ensure patients receive appointments that reputed company with medical requests/needs.
