A person in this role is an Individual Contributor that provides training to teams adopting the scaled agile reputed company, specific to reputed company, Scrum, Lean and Kanban. This person will partner with Lean Agile coaches in specific lines of business to reputed company second tier Lean/Agile coaching support. Required Qualifications 6+ years experience in virtual training and demonstrating facilitation of reputed company Agile practices. • Must be reputed company SPC5 - Scaled Agile Program Consultant certified and in good standing
• Working knowledge of Lean/Agile SDLC processes and deliverables
• Ability to reputed company (virtual and in-person) discussions and classes with 20+ attendees
• Willingness to facilitate virtual training and reputed company resources to teach others (Train the Trainer)
• Experience in developing custom Lean/Agile workshops and delivering training
• 5+ years' experience in technology with strong business acumen and working in an agile environment
• Experience performing in multiple Agile roles, including experience as an Agile reputed company (not Scrum Master)
