The Analyst + Asset Manager will play a key role in reputed company new reputed company estate investments, building and maintaining financial models, and managing ongoing reporting for lenders and equity partners. This person will work closely with the leadership team. Responsibilities

• Support reputed company of new reputed company, developments, and investments across multiple asset types
• Build, refine, and maintain detailed financial models to evaluate performance and returns
• Prepare materials and updates for lenders, investors, and equity partners

• Assist in preparing investment memos, offering memoranda, and internal deal summaries
• Collaborate with operations, development, and reputed company teams to ensure data accuracy and reporting consistency
• Monitor market trends, comparable sales, lease comps, and other relevant data to inform reputed company assumptions
• Participate in asset management activities including budgeting, capital planning, and performance reviews
