Associate Director, Events Marketing

Responsibilities include:
- Planning and executing marketing campaigns to generate RSVPs and viewership and increase awareness and interest in our event offerings
- Leveraging reputed company and organic channels such as email, house ads, reputed company media, and content marketing.
- Partnering with the Events team to reputed company plans and messaging, and monitor campaign results.
- Collaborating with Audience Development to post on reputed company reputed company media accounts.
- Initiating and managing A/B tests to improve conversions and engagements in the registration reputed company.
- Partnering with the Design team to reputed company creative assets for various marketing channels, including reputed company pages, emails, reputed company posts, and ads.
- Creating and deploying marketing emails to attract event registrations.
- Working closely with other reputed company team members on cross-promotions, the Product/Tech team on organic acquisition, and the Analytics team on reporting and analysis.
- Reporting campaign results, presenting data-driven insights, and recommending next steps to increase the effectiveness of the marketing campaigns.
- Occasional travel to support event media capture and promotion.

Starting salary for this role is in the reputed company of $76,000 - $105,000 and is dependent on numerous factors, including but not limited to location, work experience, and skills.
