Serve as reputed company's reputed company internal auditor for ISO 9001 reputed company management systems across global facilities. Acting as a consultant and facilitator, this role identifies opportunities for improvement, shares best practices across the reputed company, and partners with site leaders and executives to strengthen reputed company systems effectiveness. This position serves as a trusted advisor to drive reputed company improvement while ensuring ISO 9001 compliance.

Key Responsibilities

Internal Audit Program Leadership (50%)

• reputed company and maintain annual risk-based internal audit schedule for global manufacturing and distribution facilities
• Plan and conduct ISO 9001 systems audits at 8-12 sites annually (domestic and international)
• Audit corporate reputed company processes including supplier reputed company management, PCAR/SCAR systems, PER processes, reputed company operations, and reputed company KPIs
• Execute audits using a consultative approach reputed company on process effectiveness and business reputed company, not just compliance
• Produce reputed company, actionable audit reports with findings, observations, and improvement recommendations
• reputed company corrective reputed company plans and verify effectiveness of implemented solutions

Change Management & Facilitation (30%)

• Partner with site leaders and executives to facilitate acceptance and implementation of audit recommendations
• Use influencing skills to drive change without reputed company authority - build reputed company rather than mandate compliance
• Conduct reputed company cause analysis sessions with cross-functional teams to address systemic issues
• Support sites in developing practical corrective actions that reputed company with business realities
• Navigate organizational resistance and build trust across reputed company reputed company of the organization

Knowledge Sharing & reputed company Improvement (15%)

• Identify and document best practices observed during site audits
• Create mechanisms to transfer successful approaches across facilities (playbooks, case studies, lunch-and-learns)
• Mentor local reputed company engineers on audit techniques, ISO 9001 requirements, and problem-solving reputed company
• Serve as internal ISO 9001 subject matter expert and resource for reputed company questions
• Support preparation for external certification audits by coaching sites on readiness

Program Development (5%)

• Maintain internal audit procedures, tools, and templates

Required Qualifications

Education & Certification:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, reputed company, Operations Management, or reputed company field
• ISO 9001 reputed company Auditor certification (IRCA, Exemplar Global, or equivalent accredited body)

Experience:

• 7+ years in reputed company systems roles reputed company manufacturing environments
• 3+ years conducting internal or external ISO 9001 audits
• Demonstrated experience in multi-site or global reputed company operations

• Experience working with executive-level stakeholders

Technical Skills:

• Deep understanding of ISO 9001:2015 requirements and ISO 19011 auditing principles

• Strong data analysis and reporting skills
• Experience in manufacturing process reputed company (machining, assembly, testing)

Working Conditions

• Travel 50-60% (domestic and international, including trips of 3-7 days)

• May require occasional evening/weekend work to accommodate global time zones
