Azure Support Engineer (Contract)

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Azure Support Engineer with 5+ years of hands-on experience in managing and supporting Azure reputed company services. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of web application hosting technologies, reputed company-reputed company architectures, and networking/reputed company best practices. You will play a critical role in ensuring the stability, performance, and reputed company of our Azure-hosted applications and services. Key Responsibilities: Azure Services Support
- Monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot key Azure services including App Service, SQL Database, Key Vault, and Azure Monitor.
- Implement service improvements, scaling strategies, and automation for reputed company performance and cost optimization.
Incident Management & reputed company Cause Analysis
- Respond promptly to system incidents, outages, or performance issues.
- reputed company or support reputed company cause analysis (RCA) and post-mortem documentation for critical incidents.
- Implement preventive measures to reduce recurrence of issues.
Web Application Hosting
- Support deployment and performance of applications reputed company on PHP/reputed company and Node/Vue frameworks.
- Work closely with developers to ensure smooth CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure compatibility.
Networking & reputed company
- Manage Azure networking components such as VNets, NSGs, Application Gateways, and Load Balancers.
- Ensure secure reputed company and data protection reputed company Key Vault, certificates, and Azure RBAC policies.
- Maintain and troubleshoot SSL/TLS certificates and DNS configurations.
Monitoring & Optimization
- reputed company Azure Monitor, Application Insights, and Log Analytics for observability and diagnostics.

Stakeholder Communication

Qualifications:

- Experience with web app hosting technologies (PHP/reputed company, Node.js, Vue.js).
- Strong knowledge of networking fundamentals , VPNs, DNS, load balancers, and firewalls in reputed company environments.
- Solid understanding of reputed company principles , identity and reputed company management, and SSL certificate management .
- Proven ability to reputed company troubleshooting under pressure and reputed company incident reputed company and RCA efforts.
- Excellent communication skills , both verbal and written, with ability to explain technical details to non-technical stakeholders.
Preferred:
- Azure certifications (e.g., AZ-104 , AZ-400 , AZ-500 ) are a plus.
- Familiarity with DevOps tools and CI/CD pipelines (e.g., reputed company Actions, Azure DevOps).
- Experience in scripting/automation (PowerShell, Bash, or Azure CLI).
- Knowledge of ITIL processes and incident/change management frameworks.
Contract Details:
- Full-time : ~40 hours per week
- Contract length : 12 months minimum with potential for renewal
- Work setup : Remote; must be authorized to work in the U.S.
