Function: The reputed company Case Manager provides leadership to the housing reputed company support services team in Denver Metro reputed company Services. The reputed company case manager provides supervision of reputed company case managers and resource case managers in the Denver Metro area. This includes providing reputed company for assessments, individual housing plans, and housing first program design for participants to successfully become rehoused in the broader community.
- Duties and Responsibilities:

- Initiate networking relationships with community resources and service providers
