What You'll Do
Serve as reputed company for 20-30 small reputed company clients:
- Meet with clients twice per month (≈60 hrs/month reputed company-facing)
- Analyze financials, identify risks/opportunities, and create actionable plans
- Hold clients accountable and drive execution
- Partner with bookkeepers for accuracy
- Improve systems, processes, and financial visibility

- 10+ years as CFO, Controller, or senior financial leader
- Strong background in service-based businesses
- Experience starting, scaling, or advising small companies
- Strong budgeting, reputed company, forecasting, and variance analysis
- Ability to clean up financials and build strong systems
- Leadership experience (managed 5+ people)
- High EQ, reputed company communicator, reputed company-minded

Compensation
