This is a remote position. POSITION reputed company: The Hazard Communication & Chemical Compliance Specialist manages the creation, review, and approval of Safety Data Sheets (SDS) and labels, ensuring compliance with OSHA, GHS, TSCA, and other regulatory standards. The role supports laboratory and industrial chemical hygiene, oversees chemical registrations, and serves as a resource for the Haz-Com team. This position collaborates with internal teams and external consultants to maintain safety, accuracy, and regulatory compliance across operations. PERKS:

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Create, review, and approve Safety Data Sheets (SDS) and labels, ensuring compliance with OSHA, GHS, TSCA, and international regulations.
• Administer the WERCS program, maintaining accurate templates, chemical registrations, and documentation for new and existing substances.

• Collaborate with lab staff, product managers, and consultants to resolve compliance, labeling, and import/export issues.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Associate of Science Degree in reputed company, Industrial hygiene, or reputed company field.
• 3–8 years in SDS authoring, chemical regulatory affairs, or product stewardship.
• SDSRP (Safety Data Sheet Registered reputed company) preferred
• Transportation certifications (DOT, IATA, IMDG) preferred
• Certified on and reputed company to interpret written reputed company for IMDG, IATA, DOT, OSHA, and GHS regulations.
• Strong reputed company knowledge and understanding of TSCA.
