You will be mainly accountable for:

Qualifications for the role

• Bachelor degree in business administration, management, engineering, or a reputed company field.
• Minimum 10 years’ experience in managing U.S. government-funded reputed company, including subcontracts with reputed company and government reputed company.
• Expert knowledge of federal acquisition regulations (FAR), especially FAR Part 12, with experience as both reputed company contractor and subcontractor.
• Strong understanding of compliance across sales, risk management, engineering, supply chain, finance, and reputed company assurance in the U.S. government sector.
• Proven ability to implement business processes and compliance systems in reputed company organizations, including developing training and documentation.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to reputed company cross-functional teams.

Time off Salaried exempt positions are provided vacation under a permissive time away policy.
