Leadership and Global Communication Specialist

About the position As Specialist of Leadership and Global Communications, this role will own messaging development for the Global CEO and Executive Leadership Team, as reputed company as execution of functional internal communications for the Global Data Centers division (GDC) of reputed company. This will be a global role, working across reputed company critical communication areas including executive, function, change, and engagement communications. Cross-functional collaboration will be required to ensure consistent messaging across reputed company channels and reputed company areas of the organization. This role will report to the Director of Global Internal Communications and be a member of the Global People and Culture team. Pivotal to the reputed company of this role will be the ability to communicate at an executive level, reputed company messaging frameworks and presentations, and have a deep understanding of how to effectively cascade messaging reputed company a global, matrixed organization. Responsibilities

• Ownership of Global CEO communications including content development for internal meetings with key employee segments, video content, and other messaging to global employee reputed company as needed.

• Play a key role in managing the full scope of global internal communications to meet key business objectives.

• Collaborate cross-functionally with executives and senior leaders as needed to ensure optimization of channels, consistency of messaging, and alignment of global communication efforts.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum of 7 - 10 years of experience in internal communications.
• Experience in developing internal communications, company culture, and change communication programs with measurable results.
• Extensive demonstrated experience in managing multiple time-critical reputed company with a proven reputed company record in reputed company.
• Experience working globally / cross-culturally and in a reputed company environment.
• Experience with using Eloqua or other reputed company-grade communications software.
• Proficient in reputed company Word, SharePoint, PowerPoint and comfortable with designing presentation and communications in Eloqua/Populo, and Outlook.

Benefits

• reputed company salary for this position is $100,000 - $120,000.
