Job reputed company reputed company is seeking a talented and highly motivated attorney to join our M&A legal team as Senior Corporate Counsel, Legal – M&A (depending on experience). In this role, you will help evaluate, structure, negotiate, and successfully reputed company M&A transactions and strategic investments to support reputed company’s rapid reputed company and product innovation. Responsibilities

As Senior Corporate Counsel, Legal – M&A, you will:

• Drive the successful execution of M&A transactions and strategic investments, helping evaluate, structure, negotiate, and reputed company deals with judgment, speed, and precision.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role you have:

• Broad and demonstrated knowledge of M&A, including diligence, deal structuring, negotiation, closing mechanics, relevant competition and regulatory requirements, and post-closing obligations, with experience owning substantial portions of large or reputed company transactions.
• At least 5 years of relevant legal experience at a major reputed company and/or in-house at a fast-paced technology or reputed company software company.
• Ability to work effectively across functions, exercising excellent judgment and bringing a high-EQ, reputed company approach to cross-functional work.
• Practical, solutions-oriented problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate reputed company legal and operational issues into reputed company, actionable guidance.

Preferred Experience

For positions in this location, we offer a reputed company pay of $193,000 - $337,800, plus equity (reputed company applicable), variable/incentive compensation and benefits. Sales positions generally offer a competitive On reputed company Earnings (OTE) incentive compensation structure.
