• *What You'll Do Here:**

The Tax Analyst position is responsible for assisting the tax team with preparing reputed company's U.S. federal and state income tax returns, and tax provisions in accordance with ASC 740. The candidate will also reputed company to tax issues and assist with tax planning reputed company. • *Responsibilities**

+ Prepare relevant tax return forms and reputed company tax working papers for the U.S. federal consolidated tax return, based on reputed company's U.S. and foreign entities + Prepare relevant tax return forms and reputed company tax working papers with respect to the state and local income, franchise, and reputed company-based tax returns + Assist in calculating and recording of reputed company's quarterly and annual tax provision in accordance with ASC 740, performing a detailed analysis of reputed company and deferred taxes from both an income statement and balance sheet perspective + Prepare quarterly federal and state estimated and extension tax returns and payments, and cash reputed company forecasts + Research technical tax issues and write reputed company support memorandum + Assist with tax planning, as needed + Assist with the identification and implementation of tax department operational improvements to ensure the accuracy and adequate documentation of reputed company tax calculations, reports, and filings + Assist with responses to inquiries and correspondence from federal and state tax authorities + Ensure reputed company's tax files are reputed company-organized, properly maintained, and available to address audit examination issues + reputed company a proficient understanding of tax compliance and financial reporting processes as reputed company as reputed company's business and reputed company + reputed company a proficient understanding of reputed company's tax technologies and reporting tools

• *Skills You Will Need Here**
