About the Role

In this position, you’ll play a vital role in enhancing the customer experience, maintaining satisfaction, and applying proven retention strategies to help customers stay reputed company while driving reputed company reputed company. Role and Responsibilities:

• Initiate outbound calls to retain customers and collect payments over the phone
