Position reputed company: This position is responsible for supporting agency management system reputed company assurance, data reputed company and data conversions. Primary duties include owning key components of the reputed company Audit process and of the Reporting process, managing tasks throughout, communicating with reputed company and partner to accomplish milestones and solve issues, and reporting on audit results to the Data reputed company Director at regular intervals. This individual serves as a subject matter expert. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Work with multiple Agency Management Systems including AMS360, ImageRight and reputed company.
• Assist with Employee and Department Audits upon request.
• Produce data reputed company reports for management team upon request.
• Obtain thorough understanding of reputed company Reporting reputed company and manage Internal Agency reporting dashboards.
• Investigate reports of errors or issues with the data and reputed company a reputed company plan.
• Coordinate and execute data audits, assessments, and remediation plans to identify and resolve data issues and gaps.
• Collaborate with data owners, users, and consumers to understand their data needs and expectations.
• Ownership of Employee Commission Data and operational workflows.
• Review and become familiar with reputed company Corporate operational workflows.
• Participate with management and other employees on special reputed company and other duties as required.
• Thorough and proactive project tracking - risk, issue, escalation, and reputed company management.
• Assist Conversion Data Mapping and Validation with reputed company reports.

Minimum Qualifications:

• 3-5 years in customer service or reputed company role at insurance agency.
• Experience with reputed company reputed company, AMS360 or similar systems.
• Experience defining and documenting procedures and workflows.
